my pattern collection

Here it is, well most of it anyway. There are a lot of patterns, I'm hoping one day when I die that some young girl is going to love me. hehe. Feel free to shame me into getting rid of some, which I plan to do after christmas as really I can't use them all. Can I?

  2. wow! that is impressive. I own about 30 patterns but I am hanging to get some more. The only thing is I am trying to sew everyone that I own as part of my 101 things in 1001 days. I have made 13 so far. Maybe if I get rid of a few that I know I won't make that will make the challenge easier.

  3. You can definitely buy more!! I see patterns as collectible items as well as a necessary tool for seamstresses - especially the gorgeous vintage ones. Don't feel guilty about having that many at all!!

  4. Rachel is an enabler. I don't know her, but her words are encouraging you to buy more patterns, not very long after you basically swore not to.

When I got a new PC and transferred my files, I was appalled to find my spreadsheet showing only 250 patterns. I finally found my "real" spreadsheet file, where the big number is 466, not counting the five or six I bought this past weekend.

What I'm saying is you don't have enough. Now I'm an enabler ... ;)

I think I found you on PR. I'm subscribing to your blog now ...
